Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Strong passion for Texas Tech University with a deep understanding of the community and culture.
• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
• Availability to work full-time, with extended hours on holidays and game days as needed.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead by example, fostering a team-oriented environment that drives productivity and customer satisfaction.
